Timothy Charles Cole-French 6th Grade Crew
"Johnny! Johnny!" John stirred "What?" Mom yelled "today is the Graduation ceremony! Get Ready!" John was ready. As quick as he could, he brushed his teeth, changed, washed, and ran down the stairs like a maniac. Today He thought I become a man. He was graduating today, and nothing could ever ever stop him... Or so he thought.
His school: lobster high (named after the lobster-thriving ocean beside the building) was a very subtle, educated school with a record of only TEN suspensions and ONE expelling. John had been spending his whole teen years here and it felt like home.
What he didn't know was he was a target, and someone had a goal. TAKE. HIM. DOWN.....
John walked down the hallway, his excitement so strong he could barely contain it this is it. Soon he saw the large group of lobster red 12th graders bustling up to the roof where they had their traditional ceremony. John was headed for his friends when three boys stepped in front of him. "Hey pal," they said "Want to go up with me as a friend" they asked tentatively. John wanted to say no, but he already knew what they were: bullies. and he knew there was so escape
The walk to the ceremony was creepy, the bullies did nothing to him. But loomed over him, not letting him inch away in any direction. "Oh no." he whispered, too afraid to think. Then came the roof, he nearly screamed with relief! But his reaction was cut short, while everyone was filing into their seats; too busy to notice the four boys. The leader (who he had learned was named Bucky) grabbed him by the shirt and whispered "DONT. FALL. DOWN." Then with a mighty heave, cast poor john over the wall and onto a ledge on the side of the building and strolled away...
NOOOOOOO! John yelled but no one heard him NO! ...Don't Fall Down...
Help! John screamed at the top of his lungs. I need help! He tried to swing his legs on the railing to get himself up
1 week later...
"Johnny, you have to tell us who they were, this is a punishable crime. "
"What if they do it again?"
"They won't, I'll make sure of it"
Johnny thought for a moment...
"Their name were Sam, Billy, Joe, And Marshall"
The Counselor Gasped
"Ok Johnny, we can take it from here... go home and enjoy your summer"
Do you think this situation was handled correctly? Why?
